SAP Performance assistant doesn't work in SAP Screen Personas

Hi ,

I can 't get the performance assistant to work , eg. in trx. ME21N (create PO) .  Performance assistant uses an URL of the form saphtml://htmlviewer.sap.com/tl0lc1ZA7j.............;etc

I tried to add the exact URL , and a generalized URL saphtml://htmlviewer.sap.com/* to the whitelist custo, however, without result.

What is the trick to get this working ?

From your other posts, guess you are on SP02.

If yes, then could you please implement 1916117. We just released it today.

It has some fix for html controls in IE8.

IF even this does not fixes your issue, please create OSS.

The performance assistant works OK for me with no entries in the whitelist. You can check that it isn't a whitelist problem by temporarily adding an entry containing just "*" to see if the problem goes away. Are you up to date with kernel patches? If so, I would report this to OSS.
