The connections get timed out during data sync. The data sync is also taking more time. We find these error very often. Below are details of our environmet.

SUP 2.1.3 clustered environment.

Hi All,

I found the solution. Per SAP , this error code can be ignored. Below is the reference URL.

http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.infocenter.dc01206.0213/doc/html/mqu12...

Problem: The error message Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity appears on the console or in the log files.

Explanation: This message indicates that the relay server outbound enabler (RSOE) sent a PING to Unwired Server synchronization service to determine whether it is active.

Solution: This message is informational and can be ignored. If you want to suppress the message, you can remove the -v+ switch from the Unwired Server.
