SPAM Upgarde issue

Dear Experts,

Now i am doing SPAM Upgarde in our production(HR) Server.But i am facing the following issue(SLOG).

Current SPAM Version is 47 but  i am going to 49.

ERROR: tpsettainfo: Cofile /usr/sap/trans/cofiles/K-70207INPIBASIS.SAP does not exist!

ERROR: EXIT(16) -> process ID is: 8549

Find the attached screen shot for your better understanding and help me.i am not understanding why it is looking for K-70207INPIBASIS.SAP file.

Hello

Rename the transport buffer file /usr/sap/trans/buffer/SID

Retry the update

Prior to SPAM update, pls ensure there is no queue stuck. There should be no queue defined.

I assume it showed up as GREEN, before applying SPAM update.

There is no queue stuck, no defined queue.Previous SPAM(47) is green status.
