Hi All,
The email is not triggered when the document is blocked due to embargo check in GTS system. We have done required settings like Created user group, assigned User id which has valid email id's in SU01D and assigned gthe user group to FTO and legal regulation combination.
We are not getting emails though we have done all these settings. No items even in SOST as well. Not sure what else is missing.
Do we need any other settings apart from this.

I am want to set up email notification for documents blocked under Embargo:
I have already done the following settings:-
1. Maintained the email notification functionaly under Embargo Legal Regulation Control in SPRO
2. The GTS document is also ticked for email notifcation.
3. The User Group is maintained with user having correct email ID.
4. The User Group is assigned to Embargo Legal regulation and FTORG
5. SCOT is set up with mail ID of User in User Group.
Yet email notification is not received. SOST does not show any email generated either when the document flows from ECC to GTS or thereafter.
Please advise.

Hi Lakshmikanth,
Check the definition of the Document Type (for example, EXPORD for Sales Orders). I think the check-box "Mail Dispatch in Case of Technical Incompleteness" should be set there.

There is a provision to tick "Mail Fo Doc. Block" under Control settings for Embargo check.
Can you please check if you have done this already?
Many tend to forget this important triggering factor.
