Hello All,
We have a situation wherein status of incident displayed in search is with SLA warnings, even though SLA warning not displayed in incident screen.
Please note in this particular incident ticket priority was changed and warning was diplayed on incident screen.
Is there a job responsible for this ? or do i have to do anything manually to refresh the status.

make sure that your sla is working fine or not.
what is your solman version, if it is less than SP8. Try to implement the below note
