Screen freezes after login into SRM portal

Hi All,

User when enter the credential and click on logon, than screen goes blank. Could someone let me know the possible reason for this?

Hi Sunil,

There could be a lot of possibilities.  Check the SPAM and make sure you are using the correct browser version with your SRM version.  Also try clearing all of your cache and cookies.  Last if your browser is working then check your settings against the users settings and make sure that they match.
