Hello,

Please check followings:

Visual Admin -> server -> services -> Deploy
select 'application' buttom of this window
   Then try to start AdobeDocumentServices

Can you start with this option?

If you can't start it, please check the default trace file and see if there have some help information.

Hi David Liu,

Thanks very much . RFC error was resolved but when  i am testing with FP_PDF_TEST_00  from SE38  get pop up window for User id credentials  . Here are two things i observed by providing

1) if i use visual admin tool user id credentials it will generates version and blank PDF format.

2)  If i given ADSuser or ADS_AGENT or Basis id  its generates  as below.

SYSTEM ERROR: SOAP Framework error: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport : HTTP send returned with status code  (100,101)

Exception of class CX_FP_RUNTIME_INTERNAL.

Configured with help of below link.. .http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/65/781A8213614BA080BB3849E76DDB14/frameset.htm

Hello,

Please review:
(ABAP if exists)
- ADS RFC
- update ADSUSER password in SU01 and ADS RFC
- update ADS_AGENT password in SU01

(Java)

- update ADS_AGENT password (same as in SU01) in NWA destination

Regards,

David
