Sharing workareas in WPB Manager

Hi

Let me explain my case, maybe I am imaginating too much.

I have a workarea with several users that have the SME and Standard Author Role and ther are creating their projects.

I want to have a second workarea that has only the projects that have the status "Completed" in the firist Workarea and that the users can access this workarea with different roles than the first workarea.

Do you think this is possible?

This is because the users are generating projects in Instant producer and they want to see all the documentation that has been generated in the Manager, but if I give them access as it is now they would have too much privilegies, but If I remove the SME and Standard Author roles, they then woudn´t be able to do their projects.

Hi Sergio,

SME => using IPro when you have edit a project in the producer, the SME are not able to edit this project in the IPRO again.

Means no risk at all.

So i would do id following things:

Enable and setup Feedback Form.

Do the QA and left a feedback for the authors.
