Multiple email address on sending Quality Certificates on QC20

Hi,

I am trying to use standard transaction QC20 to send attached Quality Certificates (as PDF file) to clients but I couldn't send it to multiple email addresses even adding 2 or more email address on XD02. Can you help me?

You need to create multiple outputs.  One for each email.  So if you need to send to three emails, you need have three outpots, i.e. if ZEM1, ZEM2 and ZEM3.  (Maybe XD02, XD03 & XD04 in your case?).  If you think someday you might need to send to 4, then you need to create 4.

Unless you can create a distribution list in your email app and utilize that.  But that would strictly a function of your email system, not SAP.
