How to Re-open the PM order that are marked as "Do not execute"

Hello Experts

We have done some enhancement to update the WBS Element on Additional Data tab on PM order.

Due to some coding error, WBS Element are not updated correctly and it is impacting our Budget report due to wrong updation of WBS Element.

But some of these orders are marked as "Do no execute" and order are CLSD NCMP.

Now we have a solution to fix the WBS Element, but for the order that are marked as "Do no execute". We need to re-open the order to fix the same.

Is there any standard SAP program or OSS note available to  re-open the order.

Please let me know.

The Orders which have been made as Do Not Execute is to stop the execution of that order permanently. So, what is the reason to revoke that??

Also, once this option is set for order, this can''t be revoked.
