Issue with checked out files

Hi Guys,

We have a very strange issue in our environment, CE 7.2.

Person A checked out some files and created an activity. However some other problems led him to revert and delete that activity. The files however are still checked out. Myself and Person A have tried to checkout those files again but we both get the same error - that it is already checked out.

We have tried to find the activity relating to the checkout but it no longer exists anywhere, DTR nor the CBS.

Now, Person A is no longer here, and I need to checkout and edit these files, but everytime i do it gives me an error that they are already checked out. I tried with a new workspace but still no luck.

Any ideas?

The file is checked out exclusively.

But at the end while trying to revert i got 'Error: Permission Denied'.

is there some NWDI Super User who can revert ANY activitie from ANY user?

Hi,

NWDI_CMSADM user should be able to do that (the user maintained on the CMSwebui -- Landscape Configurator -- Domain Data).

We solved this by resetting Person A's password, logging in as him, and reverting the activity.
