Could not save promotions in WAK5, giving a dump while pressing cancel button.

SAP Gurus Please help.

entering promotion Number

Selecting articles

activating it.

Saving it. Then YES & Cancel not working. So pressed NO.

Now when I press CANCAL button on Application Tool Bar I am getting a dump.

Hi Soumya,

Can you please provide some information of type of promotion you are creating? Also if possible the screen shot and error message of the short dump you are getting in WAK5 tcode.

Dear Soumya,

From the ABAP dump, it is very clear that there is some system issue in the component CA-GTF-BS-SQ which is a component for Screen sequence Control. Please ask your BASIS guy to analyze the dump and apply the correction note.

Also check whether you have any user-exit in SAPMWAKA which might be creating this problem. For that take help of ABAPer to debug and find out the root cause.
