pushbuttons(add to cart,review cart, order cart) are not working in shopping cart (ugraded to SRM UI Add on) screen

Hi,

Recently we got upgraded SRM add-on UI package. we are able to open shopping cart screen (HTML) but some push buttons are not working. When    add to cart or order cart or review cart pushbuttons are clicked, no action is performed and no error or information message is displayed.

Please guide me how to go ahead and resolve this issue.

Hi ,

This could be the problem with the Gateway configuration. Check SLG1 for details.

Turns out, we are also unable to get around this problem. I will share the solution when we have one, in the mean time, please do share your solution if get one.

Hi Yateesh,

We raised OSS message to SAP for this issue and got following reply.

The SAPUI version installed in your application is 1.14.0 which is not

compatible with our application.

As mentioned in the RIN note the compatible version

is 1.8.5.

Please wait till end of next week (this friday) for the solution.

May I know Which UI version installed in your application?
