Problem with Agent Admin

Hi,

When i open the SMD agent admin it is showing the below error & not showing any of the agents and also showing maintenance mode as on.

Failed to open the Custom Configuration Editor for tc~smd~agent~application~checks (detail: Failed to retrieve configuration from: apps/sap.com/tc~smd~agent~application~checks/appcfg)

Can you please the below steps.

Does the issue comes when you open the direct url.

http://solman:port/smd/AgentAdmin

Hi,

From the error message it not clear why .If you try to check in the ICM trace what the error is coming.

Was this working earlier.
