Some of the data is missing in EWA report

Hi,

I have recently configured EWA for PI (ABAP+JAVA)system where I have deployed EM, agent and also configured managed systems for PI system, but if I try to check in workload analysis under root cause analysis, it is not giving proper output. Similarly EWA report is showing some important data is missing.

Could you please suggest where else to check the same ?

Hi Sarma,

Please completed initial, Basis and managed system configuration in solman_setup without any error.

Please check the LM-service patch with latest version.

Normally this issue is due to lot of reason, please check the below notes

I have done manged system configuration again and restarted the agents and now it's appearing.
