Issue while delivery.

Hello Guru's

I was trying to create delivery for sale order. it is allowing to PGI and hence giving a message like MEANS OF TRANSPORT ID.

Can anyone help me with this issue

Hi Yarlagadda,

The incompletion procedure assigned to the Delivery is setup with "Means of Transport ID' as a mandatory field for Goods issue. Please fill in the Means of Transport ID and then try doing goods issue. If however, Transport ID is not supposed to be mandatory then please modify the incompletion procedure accordingly.

Hi Yarlagadda,

Pls check the below points.

Goto - VA02 - Select your sale order -- goto main menu -  EDIT - select - Incompletion Log -- select the line item -click on completet data --  It will take you to the concerned tab ( Shipping ) Update the Shipping Point & MeansTransp. -- save & check the same.

Hi,

On the up right side of the screen you will find a button 'edit data'; mark the line and click there... you will be able to edit the ID etc... you can write there anything you want, it's a text field.
