Hi ,
Duet workflow web service /IWTNG/CO_TASKFLOW_WEB_SERVICE is giving error on execution in SOAMANAGER
Error " Web Service ping failed (RC = 401). Service Ping Error. Unauthorized.
Because of this error, no workflow task is reaching sharepoint.
User domain\svc_DUETDEV_WKFLW has all access on sharepoint.

From the error message, its clear that this is an authorization issue. Could you please check below settings?
1. In Gateway SOAMANAGER, there will be a logical port created for consumer proxy: "/IWTNG/CO_TASKFLOW_WEB_SERVICE". Please make sure that the username/password provided in that logical port is correct.
2. Make sure that "Basic Authentication" is activated for the web application where you configured workflow. This should be done in IIS.
If both are correct, could you please check SharePoint Server logs to get some more information on this issue?
