Hi Fabio,

O3C1 is an old transaction for maintaining defaults. can you please elaborate why there is a need to delete old default values. once a default is activated then the system does not allow to change/delete it.

Anyhow defaults are valid for a particular date and time only. post that new default entries override the old entries.

Hi Fabio,

With release 4.6B, SAP IS OIL has delivered a new transaction for the maintenance of quantity conversion defaults, O3DEFAULTS.This transaction has replaced the older transactions O3C1 (Create defaults) and O3C2 (change defaults).

As in these older transactions, default sets can not be deleted once they are activated and saved to the database.

In contrary to the old transactions, an exception is made for the deletion: If the system does find that a default has never been used in a business transaction, deletion is possible.

1. So with the question that you have asked does not mention your current release.

2.  Check why you need to delete? If yes, then should not have any transactional data associated with it.

Please also check the note - 481903 if you have access to SMP.

I hope this answers your question.
