Posting Goods Issue Error -System could not find a Tracking Number for HU ###; Enter Tracking Number.

I am trying to Post GI.

Got error that the material needs to be packed. Went to VL02N and Packing and added handling unit. Now its giving me error that the tracking number is missing. How do I proceed.

Below is the error:

System could not find a Tracking Number for HU 11028511; Enter Tracking Number.
