Dear experts,

Could you please help me with this question?

What is this "Access Rule ID" in the list bellow, I can't understand it.

For the same action it repeats 9 times.

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards,

José Alves

hello,

let m put in simle way.

Function A with tcode SU01 and SU01D

Function B with Tcode SUIM& PFCG

we created a risk ID Risk1 wihcih contains these function IDS Function A and Function B

so the rules are SU01 and SUIM create risk ie rule 001

SU01 and PFCG creates risk ie rule 002

SU01D and SUIM creates risk ie rule 003

SU01D and PFCG creates risk ie rule 004

similaryly for each combination of active objects creates rules id.

every risk has rules to identify unique risk there are rule ids for each risk id.

Hi Jose Alves,

To see the access rule Id go through following steps:-

1) Tcode NWBC.

2) Go to Rule Setup icon.

3) Under Access rule maintenance you will found 3 quick links

  •     Rule Set
  •     Access Risk
  •     Function

4) Go with Access risk. You will find Risk Id.

Note:-Repeatation of risk id equal to no of function id included in it.

Parag.

Hello,

You are sorting your results by a filter against the Functional Area column. I would suggest you remove this filter to see the results correctly.

As for the Action Rule ID - You are looking at the risk at Permission level, hence you see the different authorisation permission values that cause the risk multiple times.

By any chance are you actually using a SAP training system? (looking at the info on the screenshot).

Also, use the info in the following SAP note to help you understand  more about the rule set structure, namely Function permissions and Permission level risks

https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1223759

Hope that helps.
