retrieve Test Case Attachments from finished Test Case

Dear all,

We are using Solution Manager test management for our implementation projects' user acceptance testing. Transaction for users to access the manual testcases is SOLMAN_WORKCENTER. The test results were documented (uploaded MS word documents) in the "Results" tab in the testcase.

Issue is now that the testcases are successfully finished, I seem to not be able to check or retrieve the test case attachments anymore. I can get to the testpackage attachments, but not to the uploaded testcase attachments.

Any solution or idea?

As a matter of fact, here is the relevant OSS note: 1920872

(We have not implemented, since too many other note would be predecessor and we will upgrade in a few months)
