Characteristics Display

Hi Team,

I am creating characteristics in CT04 as "Numeric Characteristics" & Characteristics length as "2". With this, in the tab "Values", i am entering the characteristics value as "05". Then if i press ENTER button, the value "05" is getting automatically changed to 5. But i do NOT want to get it changed. Let the characteristics value be as "05". How to control it?

Sugan Sugan,

As you have selected format as numeric , thats why leading 0 is getting deleted.

If you want to display this values for user selection , why not use format charactert and there you can put "05" as one of the value.

If you can provide more information on how you want to use this characterstic, I can try to help.
