Gurus,

I am trying to map skip lot.The system should skip the lot when 3 lots have been passed without any issues.What needs to be done in QDR1?

Hi,

   In Initial screen enter the DMR name--> in Second screen enter the Description & DMR usage option(For UD / At lot creation) & if u want to enter the reset days (As shown in attached first screen shot) --> Enter the DMR logic like attached second screen shot.

Assign this DMR to sample procedure by using QDB1 t.code.

  Dynamic modification rule

You can try following simple scenario:

In QDR1--->select " DMR @ lot level.

stage 10 > click on insp stage, Severity 04

stage 20 > tick on skip

stage 10

no. of insp : 1

new insp stage : 20

rej : 1

new insp stage : 10

stage 20

no. of skip : 3

new insp stage : 10

rej : 1

new insp stage : 10

Enter this data & Use this DMR in the inspection plan header.

What will happen is when first inspection lot will be created ,you can do RR & UD for this lot.Once this lot is accepted ,

from second lot onwards Inspection lot will have "SKIP" status.If any one of the 3 lots is rejected then Quality level will reset to stage 10 means under Inspection.

Try, this will definitely work, as it had worked for me.
