Error in configuration check: ICM endpoint

Hello Gurus,

Recently we did a complete system migration for one of our system to a new set of hardware. We did perform a system cleanup in LMDB and SMSY before adding the new definition to our solman (same system name). This is a BW system.

During the process, we made a mistake by not stopping the SMD agent and sap host agent from the old servers and somehow the data are mixed up but we are able to clean it up.

In the last step of managed system configuration, in the "Configuration Check", we get an error:

Error:

ICM endpoint
lxxx6xxb:8020 could not be reached

Check Context:

Managed systems setup |
Checks user input in managed system configuration | SYSTEM =Pxx~ABAP

Can anybody show me where exactly can we fix this without having to perform the clean up?

And also we believed this caused the load balancer check to get failed as well.

Warning:

Load Balancer
pxxascs.<FQDN>:8121 could not be reached

Check Context:

Managed systems setup |
Checks user input in managed system configuration | SYSTEM =Pxx~ABAP

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Muhamad Shukri

Muhamad,

You may want to look at OSS Note 1786051, regarding the 'No FQDN ...'

Hope this helps.

Hi Muhamad,

Please execute LMDB transaction select your P22 system and check Landscape Verification tool. This tool will o/p the errors in the configurations you made. Correct them accordingly.

Hi Sudheer,

Where exactly i can find the tools? I have tried to look around in LMDB under Database System and choose P22. Couldnt find the button in the details.

Or is there any other place i should look?

Best Regards

Execute LMDB ---Product Systems -- Select P22 system -- Display. You will find verification check.

Attach the results screen shot here.
