ECL viewer and cFolders

I would like to use EСL viewer. But I did not configure it appropriately.
I've found that the latest version can not work with cFolders and so I tried to adjust the version ECL 6.
The problem is as follows. because of what I have x64 system, I can not even keep track of where the application is installed. After installation, when try to open the file *.dwg in cFolders I see only a blank screen.

Hi Kirill,

generally I would recommend you to install always the lastest ECL Viewer which is currently version 7.0 patch 12 (see note 1904405).

Further I found SAP note 1602221 which might be useful for you.

Proposal note is very suitable for solving the current problem.
I will try to solve the problem according to the note.
