could not verify digital signature

Hi experts

I made the needed customize to define the digital signature as mandatory for supplier quote.

when the bidder submit his bid a pop up with a PDF file that display the quote details is open,

the bidder must click on the sign button and then the SRM operate the digital signature on the quote.

The problem is that when the bidder click on the button he get the error message "could not verify digital signature"

Hi Ronen,

This happens because your SRM system does not recognize

the issuer of the certificate.

You need to install the root certificate of the issuer in your SRM system

then everything will work just fine.
