Cannot Login in BEX analyzer or query application designer

Hi:

We have this new sap NW2004S system. I have a BW client(800), and created a user with sap_all and bw_all roles. That user can very well connec to the sap system using SAP gui, but login from BEX fails with invalid username, password. I have activated the BEX from SPRO, but still cannot login. PLease help.
