Hi All.
We are trying to send an external mail from ECC.
The mail is come to SOST and with the status "Dispatch Time Not at Reached".
why we are getting this status and we are not getting any external mails.
priority:HIGH
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,
OK just a simple test.
Select the line that you see in sost.
Now click on the button . First click on the
Start send process for the selected
then click on the Repeat send.
Note that the user how is trying to do it should have mail address maintained in Su01.
There should be default address defined in SCOT.
When you go in SCOT in the job section what is the time scheduler in the system to run the send job.
If the message status in green and mail is sent out from your system you still dont get it please have a talk to the mail server team that if the mail server is excepting mail.
Still error in SOST please share screen shot of the error.
