SAP Fiori - Missing headers on configuration table for Sales Order Tracking

Hello!

I'm configuring Tracking Sales Orderk so, in transaction SIMGH I opened the node Track Sales Order and execute the activity Define: Configuration Parameters but the configuration table shows '+' sign instead of headers, so I don't know where I have to define the values and the parameters names.

Application ID, Parameter Type, Parameter Name, Parameter Value
