Hi B000 dark,
Looks like your SAP system has network issue. Follow these steps to check the problem.
1. Check if the IP is added in host file & same is configured for adapter.
2. Check whether Listener is properly configured and running.
3. Go to services to check whether Oracle services are running.
4. Now restart the SAP server.
Hope this solves your problem.

If not your instance would not start, how much ram do you have configure on your server for your instance ? try to reserve a space at least of twice of the ram.

Check the dev_w0, dev_ms trace files.
Also execute R3trans -d under sidadm and check the trans.log file

if it is windows system.
check in service.msc whether your oracle services is up and running.
for unix
check and listener and oracle is up.
if not start it.

1. Please paste the output of R3trans -d.
2. Paste the logs of dev_w0,dev_server etc.
3. Looks like your J2EE is not starting. NIECONN_BROKEN usually points to a network issue.
Also, post the output of the file below:
D:\usr\sap\DGX\DVEBMGS00\work\jvm_bootstrap.out
