Hi Paul,

If you go to transaction data -> status, you will see in the status log something like:

User status 'Customer Action'

Status 'Customer Action' cannot be set

System status DEF is active (Service Process xxx)

The user status 'xxx' must not be set

Diagnosis

------------
Object Service Process 66 has system status DEF (Contains Errors).
According to this status, transaction 'Release' is not allowed.

Procedure

-------------
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.

So the reason why some statuses cannot be set is that the message still contains errors. In order to do this, the message has to be errors free.

Thanks for your answer Hugo, I was thinking the same, but that BP doesnt have a new message to process, I will assign him some other message to see the solution.

Best Regards,

Paul
