CCMS Autoreaction assignment for Adapter Engine errors - PI 7.31 Dual Stack

Dear Experts,

Is there a way to configure CCMS auto reaction method for PI adapter engine alerts? I did all the required settings in NWA and I can see the alerts for the adapter engine in RZ20. But while trying to assign the auto reaction method in RZ20 it's not allowing me to edit.

I tried even the alternate option, Rz20 - Edit - Assign methods - Central Auto Reaction...and assigned the auto reaction method for the MTE class SAP_XIJ2EE_ND..but when I try to initiate the auto reaction method...it says no method assigned..

Any suggestions please?

Hello Joe,

The first step is to assign auto-reaction method is correctly assigned to this MTE in RZ20.

Make sure the CCMS Agent for this satellite system is ONLINE in RZ21 -> Agents for Remote Systems. Otherwise you can have communication problems between CEN and satellite system and the central auto-reaction method will not work correctly.
