I am doing the phase definition for the Contracts, and I am not able to reorder the phases i Just created,
The order i would need is
Draft
phase1
phase2
phase3
Executed
How can I do that.

Problem Solved.
It was Browser Issue. I was using Chrome to making the reorder and i was not able. I decided to try in IE and it worked.
