Hi Sharman,

1. I upgraded the SP to 08;

2. Changed the hostname to fqdn;

3. Changed the port to 8000;

4. Implemented the note 1674357

after all these I rebooted the server and it worked.

best regards,

Hi,

In the attached screenshot, you have checked HTTPS option, but you use port 50000.

I would recommend you switch off HTTPS option as port 50000 is normally for HTTP access.

Hope this can help you.

Thanks.

Hi Nelson,

Would you please refer to SAP Note 1674357.

You may resolve your problem of (110)HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED

by implementing this note.

Hi,

First of all please use fully qualified host name in the name of sap1.

Once you have added the SAP1  fully qualified host name please click on the button

Change DS target.

you will get a small check screen

saying : List of the SLD server will be saved.

Remove the extra blank line.

and as mentioned earlier you don't need https to be ticked.

Thanks

Hi Nelson,

As per your attached screenshot of  the step system preperation->select sld:-

Change the below and try:-

1. change the hostname entry to FQDN.

2. uncheck the https port

3. Try to use solman_admin or j2ee_admin as the user.

Hi,

Please check the comments that i told you to do.

I an not talking about the url but in the sld page where you are mentioning the sld details.

Thanks

Dear Rishi,

The SAP1 on the list of SLD Servers comes by default, there is no space to edit or change the name. I have to do it on the SLD configuration and not here.

I´ll do that after completing the SP upgrade.

In the SLD creation screen, can you hit the square in the lower right hand side as that will expand and show you where the failure is.

Also does slmadm have the authorizations to the SLD creation???  I believe the best practice way to run through solman_setup is to use 'solman_admin' as the ID...is there a requirement you have to use slmadm?

Hi,

Is everything OK with the JAVA instance? I'd installed one SolMan 7.1 recently from scratch, and went smoothly.

Do you have SP 08? Is your installation SP04 based and then upgraded?

Dou you upgraded the SLD CR Content? Can you reach the SLD on the address :8000/sld?

Hi Martins,

What do you really meand with everything OK, what I can tell you is that:

1. Yes, I can access the sld via http://sap1 on port 50000 and 8000;

2. Yes, I upgraded de LSD CR Contents but just the cimsap91607_0-20010858, the CRDelta91607_0-20010858 it told me that it´s not appropriate for my system.

3. Yes, is SP04 for the ST component.

Any idea?

Hi,

Are you saying that's still SP04?

If so, you sould have upgraded to SP08, before starting the SOLMAN_SETUP.
