Issue with "External_Id" in RPM_OBJ_LINK

Hello

We have a problem with field "External_Id" from RPM_OBJ_LINK

Field "External_Id" is a string field and we cannot set the field in "where" clause.

We get the below error. We want to retrieve PS "project definition" from this field and we cannot do it.

Any other table with same information ?
