Hello Experts,
We are using SRM 7.O2 version, First level approver "Added Adhoc approver" in SC and then he approved the cart. Now the cart is in Adhoc approver inbox. Now Adhoc approver wants to Forward this SC to some other approver but Forward option does not exists. (He selected the work item --> Right click --> Forward option not there, others option are there like Approve, Reject, Details and Assign to me .)
I would like to know is there any limitation for Added approver should not forward SC and is this standard behaviour? If no through some light what settings i need to check.
