SPRO - who can?

Consultants offer to give end users the transaction spro for viewing. This is the right decision:? silt iest adequate approach?

Hi,

Well it depends based on scenarios. I am giving you some scenarios :-

1. Your organisation has given contract to one another company , whose consultants are responsible for doing certain customization, then it must be required to allot the same in DEV environment . In QA  & PRD , they should have only limited access pertaining to their area of testing or the same can be done through other availed testing team.

2. If you are asking to give complete VIEW right of SPRO in PRD environment itself, then in my opinion, it should not be as this may leak some confidential information to third party vendors or partners. Again it will create lots of audit issues . But if any SLA is maintained for that in organisation , then again it depends .
