Warehouse number active/inactive

Hello,

I have an issue with finding active and inactive Warehouse numbers.

In system are defined 7 Warehouse numbers, from this we use only 4.

How can i see which one of them are inactive?

The problem is that every one of the Wh.No. have inventory in it (in the system). But physical is nothing there.

This looks like the connection to the Warehouse was just cut off,

check in table T320 the combinations from plant/storage location to warehouse number

only warehouse which are listed in T320 can be used to store material.

if they got deactivated by removing this link, despite of having stock, then you should never establish this link again.

but I certainly foresee some some issues when you try to archive material master some day in future.

Even with deletion indicator set at WM level of a material master, SAP does hundreds of  checks before it really archives the material. And if it finds stock in table LQUA, then it will certainly not archive this material.

Customizing in SAP does not have deletion flags. the only option would be to give a description like *do not use*
