Track the changes of DCHAIN-spec status

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to track the “DCHAIN-spec. status” changes (in table: MVKE. Field: VMSTA, into the PRODUCT sales org. 1 view).

I can do that using transaction MM04, but only for 1 material. I need to do the same for X materials, to run a monthly report for example.

I also tried the table ZTXXPTCHLG but I did not get any result

Do you know a transaction or a table which could help me?

Hello Cyrille,

Step 1

Go to SE16

Table :-CDHDR

Change doc object  material

Enter the date range if you want to find any specific period(date range)

and execute it. results can be seen

you will find value in document number field.

Copy document number

download the data in the excel format

step 2

Go to SE16

Table :- CDPOS

Change Doc object material

copy the document number form the CDHDR

and paste it CDPOS document number field

and execute it you will get the results

download the data in the excel format

use vlookup in the excel to combine the CDHDR and CDPOS data

you will get the change log

Thanks for your reply.

I tried your proposal but I dot not get any result.

I have a doubt regarding "Change doc. object" field: here I putted the material codes (eg: 81126774) but I think it is not the right information to be provided into this field.

I need to run my report based on the material codes, but I am afraid that your tables do not use material codes as field for selection...

Try by transaction AUT10 ,here ,you can get change details of table as well as for transactions wise.

Hi,

Run the Report "CHANGEDOCU_READ" in SE38,

Maintain "Object Class" with "Material",Time Period and T-code with MM02.

Execute and see.

Hi ,

Use SE16 with CDHDR table

as depicted above, and execute

you can give multiple materials as well, so you will get the list  with chanages
