Hi ,
Is there a way by which we can restrict user access my requirement is to restrict Concurrent user access/sessions should not exceed 1000 while configuring SAP web dispatcher . Any help regarding this will be highly helpful.

You have used the wrong space to post your question, a better one would have been .
You can limit the amount of HTTP connections but since a request (by one user) can open up to 10-20 HTTP connections you can't set the parameter icm/max_conn to 1000. You could try to find out what the optimal setting for the simultaneous number of HTTP connections is in your case. See SAP note 538405 for details.
