After get Usage decision inspection lot still showing in red signal

Hi,

I am facing 1 problem related to inspection lot

We have cleared Usage decision after result recording and stock posting also done (quality to unrestricted)

But inspection lot still showing in red signal.

Inspection lot status : UD ICCO SPCO STUP

Please solve the below Issue.

PLease check QALS-STAT35 = X or blank.

For your case I think it might blank refresh QA32 and check if still lot in same condition try for

Note Note 174877 - UD: status inconsistency suspected for inspection lot.

Hi Abhishek,

I need to know one thing. Are you using any custom development to carry out usage decisions? 

If yes, please do check this development with your consultant and see if there is COMMIT statement made in function module of the program. You need to remove this to get rid of this issue.

Note: This is suggested based on my personal experience where we use custom development for Mass RR/UD/SP. Our consultant rectified the issue in the manner mentioned above.

Do check and revert back.

Hi,

I am not 100% sure but I think its happening due to enhancement , because it is hapenning sometimes only.

Usage decision is made by QA32 it self.

i'll check further and get back to you.

Usage decision is made by standards it self , there is not custom development for taking usage decision.

What could be the reason , stll finding ..

Hi Abhishek,

If you are not using any custom program for making Usage decisions then I would suggest you to re check your QA32 screen for Ref. field monitor, also explained earlier by Rajen.

Hi Nitin,

As i have checked there is no enhancement used in QA32 transaction.

I have checked Programe name : SAPMQEVA , package : QV  included all function modues but not found any used enhancement.

Please suggest if u can

Dear,

First of all, check the 'Ref. field monitor' that you are using in QA32.

Based upon this monitor value, system derives the traffic light.

In QA32 out put, select the traffic light monitor and press F1 for the help. I am pasting the same from the F1 help here:

Monitor Control for Inspection Lots in Worklist

Definition

Displays the valuation for the inspection lot record.

Use

If you activate monitor control on the initial screen, a traffic light is displayed in the list. There are 5 possible settings for the traffic light:

According to the start date

• If the start data was exceeded, the traffic light is red.

• If the start date corresponds to the current date, the traffic light is yellow.

• If the start date has not yet been exceeded, the traffic-light is green.

According to the end date

• If the end date was exceeded, the traffic light is red.

• If the end date corresponds to the current date, the traffic light is yellow.

• If the end date has not yet been exceeeded, the traffic light is green.

According to the degree of processing for the inspection lot

• If the usage decision still has to be made. This means that if the end date has been reached and no UD has been made, the traffic light is red.

• If the usage decision has not yet been made, the traffic light is yellow.

• If the usage decision has already been made, the traffic light is green.

According to outstanding characteristics

• If there are outstanding short-term characteristics, the traffic light is red.

• If there are only long-term characteristics, the traffic light is yellow.

• If there are no outstanding characteristics, the traffic light is green.

According to outstanding quantities

• If there are outstanding quantities, the traffic light is red.
• If there are no outstanding quantities, the traffic light is green."

If you access QA32 with "3: Degree of proc. for insp. lot", it should be displayed green.
