No. Copy results don't work across operations, nor do calculated characteristics.
You probably will need to utilize a user exit when saving the results from the first operation, or when opening a lot for result recording, to copy certain values into a characteristic in a second operation. But this would be all custom development.
You'd also have to come up with a way to determine which characteristic to copy to which characteristic.
Maybe by putting matching values in one of the MIC info fields? I.e. info field one enter a number like 1001 and in the MIC in the second operation, enter the same value in info field one. Using an info field might be limiting in certain scenario's depending on your design and how you use MIC's.
