Charge calculation in FB

Dear experts,

In the Freight Booking doesn't start charge calculation. FB is created manually and without freight unit.  I directly enter items to be transported that are not based on a forwarding order.

But when i added FU to this FB in Planning the charges are calculated.

Why FB witout FU is not calculated?

Hi George,

You need to provide more information about the error of charge calculation.

There are the standard approach to calculate FB wihtout FU as below.

1. Set the flag in FB type.

2.Maintain the carrier in BP

3.Maintain the purchase organization in general date.

4.Maintain the location.

5.Maintain the cargo.

6.Not FU but charge calcualtion.

Hi Clark,

All of the steps that you listed have already been made.

When you press the button "Calculate Charges" in FB, there is no action occurs.But if you create freight settlement document the folowing error occurs:

"No calculation sheet found and no charges calculated; check agreement"

But with FU system finds the agreement.

Hi George,

There is no such restriction for charge calculation, something is missing in your data setup.

Try again by creating new FB entering the same details (cargo and BP info) as in the booking where charge calculation is working fine.

Thank you for your answer. I created a new document, enter the data (BP, cargo, stages,...), but without FU the charges are still not calculated. It's unclear what kind of data is required.
