It means exactly what it says.  You are trying to perform a PGI against a document that does not exist.

You should select a delivery that DOES exist.  One way to search for deliveries to be PGI'd is to use VL06O.

This is not a way to ask the question. In which Transaction you are doing the PGI? What is error message number? Whenever you ask a question, ask it in some understandable manner that reader could understand the possible reasons or solution to suggest you.

From you error message it looks like that someone has deleted the delivery from DB or may be deleted the items from delivery order. Check in VL02N if delivery order exists or not.
