Need Help - Neptune Installation failing at: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

Hello Experts,

I am trying to install Neptune Application Designer in my SAP NetWeaver 7.02. The add-on installation is get stuck at CHECK_REQUIREMENTS phase.

Reason for error: TP_CANNOT_CONNECT_SYSTEM

Error message: TP_INTERFACE_FAILURE

Please guide me how to resolve this problem.
