Display of Transaction QEW01

Greetings,

I have been trying to set up transaction QEW01 through the steps that are given by SAP help.   once all steps are completed, and I go to SE80 to start the service, the screen that starts does not display a work list. the screen shows as follows.

Can anyone help get past this point?  Thank you in advance..

What ITS service are you using to call the transaction: 'QEW01' ?

How does the transaction 'QEW01' display via the SAPGUI?

I am using the QEW01 service. activated in SCIF.  It does not display in standard, it is just for the ITS service.
