Hi,

I believe the trace you are showing up above is only a consequence of the issue. You should look up into your work processes' trace files (dev_wX) for finding out what the real issue may come from.

Too few work processes ! Or clean up also the archiver logs.

Thumb rule: 1 DIA can handle 10 users.

this is too outdated and also non suported kernel.

Hi Jose,

the line:

says, that the dispatcher stops because there are no more work processes running.

I would now check dev_w0, dev_w1, ... . These are the trace files for the work processes. If the work processes shutdown, you find in the files the information why. Maybe dev_rd also provide information for the gateway.
