SD document is not in the database or has been archived

Dear All,

We have create the sale order though BAPI.After that msg came that order has been created.

But when view through in VA02 system given error SD document is not in the database or has been archived

Please guide.

Hi Mukul,

This generally happens when the update gets terminated after the Sales Order number generation. Please check for terminations in SM13 or for ABAP dumps in ST22 and see if you get the error details.

Hi Mukul,

Did you get any message such as  "UPDATE TERMINATED"

if so check in SM13 for error logs
