Could not able to remove owner in SPM

Hello All,

I have a problem with GRC SPM ! It’s very urgent.
As client requirement I would like to remove the existing owner and have to add new owner for a respective firefighter id.
But her the problem is when I trying to delete existing one I got error like (Can not delete owner, entry exist in FF table for this owner) what could be the reason.  Please suggest me what to do ?
I am using GRC 5.3 AC

Hello Shanmukh,

Before deleting old FF owner entry, you need to assign new owner and assign new owner to all the entry which is having old FFowner in Fire Fighter tab.

After updating FF ID entry you can delete old FF owner from owner tab.

Hi Shanmukh,

I think you have posted in the wrong forum.  This one is for SAP Global Trade Services, and we don't have such a thing as SPM in this area.
