Alert email attachment has no metrics

Hi All,

Sometimes when i get red/yellow rated email alerts, the html attachment contains no metrics. What might be the issue here?

This can sometimes be a result of the E2E RCA metrics/extractors not collecting information.  Can you confirm that under RCA you have metrics for that ABAP system for qRFCs?
